Challenge

The existing VIC learning platform had usability issues, unclear navigation, and a fragmented learning flow, making it difficult for users to discover, access, and complete internship modules efficiently.

Solution

Conducted user research and heuristic evaluation to identify pain points, then redesigned the platform's information architecture, navigation, and interface to create a more intuitive, engaging, and user-centered learning experience.
